We now have an office in the heart of Toronto. Located at 113 Davenport Rd, just 6 blocks north of Bay & Bloor, suite 204. We are very pleased to be settled into our new office space where we expect to stay for many years to come.

Our hours here are, Mondays & Wednesdays 9am-3pm and some Fridays 9am-5pm. We are also happy to schedule appointments for weekends and evenings. Please book a consultation at 289-200-4069, or by using this LINK.

Andrea & Andrew’s Wedding

For those who missed this the first time around…..in July we were so fortunate to work with Andrea & Andrew on their wedding day. We all met up at the beautiful King Edward Hotel in downtown Toronto. The hotel and it’s suites made such an elegant backdrop for the “getting ready” shots of both bridal parties.

The boys were in there suite feeling very comfortable and easy with us; so, it made for some great candid shots. Truly a pleasant way to start the day.

The ladies were in the “Heffner Suite”, which, because of it’s size, made it easy for all of us to move around. We were even able to capture the bridesmaids’ first viewing of Andrea dressed in her gorgeous gown and perfect birdcage. She looked awesome!!

The Bridal parties then travelled in a limo-bus that took them to the Distillery District for the ceremony at Arta Gallery, a last minute change in the day due to the intense heat wave at the time. It served as a choice location and easily added to the elegant theme of their wedding. Everyone looked so great coming down the aisle and their floral bouquets made for a stunning contrast with the painted brick walls. Mary Beaty performed the meaningful ceremony, after which we moved to the courtyard outside for some formal group and family shots.

As we made our way over to Archeo for the reception, we had loads of fun with the wedding party: capturing casual, and fun posed shots. We even took some time alone with the bride & groom and wandered around snapping up fun magazine type poses. Wow they are a great looking couple!!!! Then we joined the others at Archeo were everyone was able to mingle, enjoy the company of newlyweds,get some hydration and get out of the heat!! The restaurant’s beautiful decor and DJ Floh Back‘s cool stylings, laid the foundation for a memorable night.

As mentioned in a previous blog, we then played the engagement video we put together for Andrea and Andrew….much to everyone’s surprise and pleasure!! We also had our Photobooth located in one corner of the restaurant, which was a huge hit with all the guests.

It was a fantastic wedding and a true pleasure to have been part of the celebration.

Good luck to everyone and thank you to Kathleen for all her help on the day, and of course to Kathi for introducing all of us.

Yes it is true!!! We have an even newer space than the one we premiered just two months ago. We have moved out of the long hallway into the light of day. We still have the same street address; however, we are now in a different, larger and brighter office, located right off the reception area in Whitby’s The Wedding Centre.

Come in and take a look….I have jelly bellies!!!

Andrea & Andrew’s Fusion Engagement Session

On Friday July 22^nd, 2011, we spent the day and night with a couple that we have come to know and truly enjoy, Andrea & Andrew. We were fortunate enough to be able to meet with them several times before their actually wedding. One of those times was last fall when we spent a few hours shooting their fusion engagement session. We met them at the Mill Pond in Richmond Hill, which is a very special place for Andrea and her family; but, it was also the place where Andrew asked Andrea to marry him. Once the video and images were edited and put to music, Andrea & Andrew tucked the fusion presentation away until their wedding day.

At their wedding reception, just after the wedding party was introduced, we played the video. It was the perfect way to share the story of Andrea & Andrew’s courtship, to everyone who was now part of their new lives together as a married couple. I was proud to see that we made most people cry. It should be noted that making guests’ cry is not usually our goal when we shoot a wedding; but, when showing a fusion presentation….it is our applause!!
